Her classes beautifully weave together Persian classical, folkloric, and contemporary fusion styles, creating an experience that is both cultural and empowering. What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and a bottle of water! We provide mats, props, and any equipment you might need. If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own mat as well.
I’m a beginner. Can I join?
Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels — from complete beginners to advanced dancers. Each session is designed to help you move at your own pace while having fun and feeling confident.
How long is each class?
Most classes are 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. Some specialty sessions (like TRX or choreography workshops) may vary slightly, but we’ll always let you know in advance.
How do I book a class?
You can easily book your spot through our online schedule on the website or directly via Instagram DM. Just choose your class, select a time, and confirm your spot — it’s quick and easy!
Are trial classes really free?
Yes — your first trial class is completely free! It’s the perfect way to experience the vibe, meet the instructor, and see if Dealan Dance feels right for you.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a mix of Dance, Zumba, TRX, and functional workouts, along with Persian fusion dance sessions that blend culture and movement.
What should I expect in my first class?
